We ship world-wide. All orders are shipped from Hoi An city, Vietnam. We offer free standard shipping within Vietnam. If you are outside Vietnam, your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. DHL can only deliver to an address where someone is able to sign for the parcel. Strictly no PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collects allowed. Currently, due to COVID, shipping through DHL is taking approximately 7 days.
Please be aware, that starting in 2020 we have begun adding a COVID tax - per Vietnamese governmental guidance.
We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or Vietnamese national holidays. All orders placed after Friday at 3:00 PM or on national holidays will be processed the following business day. We are not held responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or lockdowns during the COVID epidemic.
We cannot estimate if customs duties or taxes will be applied. Please be aware that AVANA is not held liable for any customs import duties, value
added surcharges, other relevant governmental charges and taxes.
If you do not receive your parcel within the expected time, please contact your local postal service as it may be withheld. If you live in Europe or
the Americas, please check your local customs duties before ordering.
Once an item is signed for, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
All orders are checked before packaging. If you do receive a damaged product or if a defect occurs, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. For items purchased in one of our stores, please contact the store of purchase.
Please get in touch with our Customer Service to discuss all payment options. Our main payment type at the moment is PayPal. To avoid ordering an item that is out of stock (due to us updating our inventory), please send us an e-mail to ensure that we do have the item that you are interested in purchasing in stock.
As soon as you receive our order confirmation by email, your card will be charged. If you have not received this email, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
